Written by Ashish P Verma, the story of the film is full of action and romance. Anshika and Vivaan are very excited about their new life after a successful surgery. Vivaan is getting ready to take Anshika home after getting discharged from the hospital. But then unfortunately some terrorists attack the hospital. The leader of this terrorist gang is Sajju (Chandan Roy Sanyal). Which captivates all the staff and patients in the hospital. Terrorists put some of their conditions in front of the police. On the one hand, the police are planning their strategy. On the other hand, martial arts fighter Vivaan (Vidyut Jamwal) starts shooting down the terrorists with a girl in one hand and a gun in the other.
